1. Who we are

Flightline Radio LLC ("we," "us," or "the Station") operates Z107 / The Shark, an independently owned Florida internet radio station streaming at flightlineradio.com. Our principal contact email for privacy matters is .

This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and forms, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. What information we collect and why

We collect personal information only through specific forms on this website. We do not run tracking pixels, sell advertising data, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Listener song request form

When you submit a song request, we collect: your name (to address you on air); dedication name, if any (to mention on air); city/location (for shoutout context); email address (optional — for follow-up only, never added to a mailing list); song request — artist and title; and an optional message to the DJ. All listener request data is deleted once the request is fulfilled or declined.

DJ application form

When you apply to host a show, we collect your DJ/stage name, real name, email address, optional social media links, show details and scheduling preferences, experience and technical setup information, and optionally a demo file upload or link. Application data is retained for the duration of the review process and, if you are accepted, for the duration of your time with the station.

Demo file retention policy

Demo audio files uploaded through the DJ application form are stored temporarily on our server solely for application review purposes. Once a decision has been made — acceptance, waitlist, or decline — your uploaded demo file will be permanently deleted from our server within 30 days of that decision. We do not archive, redistribute, or share demo files for any other purpose. If you submitted a link to an externally hosted recording, we do not download or store a copy of that content.

Advertiser inquiry form

Business contact details, service preferences, and budget information submitted via the advertiser inquiry form are used solely to respond to inquiries and manage advertising campaigns. This information is not shared with third parties and is retained for the duration of any active business relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping.
